Dorchester Woman’s Club is built.

Architect: A. Warren Gould. It is located at Centre Street. The group began in 1892. Its purpose is to promote the moral, social, and intellectual culture in the community and it is incorporated in 1896. It offers programs and classes and continues into the 1960s. The building currently is the home of the New Life Restoration Temple.
